and friends. As I contemplated what businesses would help me meet this goal as well as complement my skills, a party business just made sense to me. 

A Little About Me

I am from a small, agricultural town in Washington state where a third of my high school were members of the FFA and half the town can be found at the football stadium on Friday nights. I loved growing up in such a close knit town, which taught me to appreciate and foster a sense of community and the simple things in life everywhere I go.

Life took me to Provo, Utah next where I graduated from BYU in Statistics and more importantly, met my wonderful husband, Kaleb. We have been married for two years now and have done our best growing in that time. Marriage is so important to me because I believe it offers the best grounds for cultivating your best self.

How I Got Started

Hi there! Hailey here. This is not your typical event rentals business and I wanted to share with you a little about why that is. At its core- Decor Dash is about empowering the family unit, mine as well as others'. I started Decor Dash because I wanted a family-friendly business I could manage from home. I am very passionate about mothers being able to have the best of both family and work they are passionate about, and love helping women discover a strategy that works well for them to best accomplish both.

Another important goal I made when working my way into entrepreneurship was to facilitate the invaluable things in life such as family
